And it is REALLY nice.
It has new wide plank floors, it is bright, there is a finished basement (though no photos), parking for 2 cars and a great back yard.
The asking price was $879,900.
If the partially finished basement is anything like the rest of the house, I would think this house would have sold over asking.
But it didn't.
This house sold in 2 days...
For $875,000.
Even though it is only 2 bedrooms, I am kind of shocked it didn't sell at least at asking.
Guess either the basement isn't the best or that bully bid (or whatever you want to call it) was just too tempting.
