It's pretty clear that this place was completely gutted and they did a really good job.
It isn't a huge house but the work that was done makes it not really matter. It's great inside and out.
It is currently set up as a 2 bedroom house but could easily be 3. So, this house is ideal for a small family or a retired couple. And since the listing mentions that this house is a quick walk to Scaramouche, I am assuming they are mainly marketing to couples like this one from the restaurant's website...

I think this is a perfect place for a retired couple who likes the neighbourhood and doesn't want to be in a condo.
But is the price too high?
This town house is currently listed at $1,995,000.
I am kind of mixed on this one. This house isn't huge but this is a great fancy condo alternative. But again, it really isn't big.
But if this is exactly what someone is looking for (and it very well could be!), this will sell fast
It's just too good to sit.
But will it sell for list?
A million dollars and over 2 times more than the last list?
On one hand I think no, but if they find that perfect buyer (which I think they will)...
Then yes.
And if they find 2 retired couples, then maybe even over....
