And it went for....
I first posted this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom Lytton Park house on a 50 x 190 foot lot at 135 Glencairn Avenue in December.
It was listed at $3,175,000.
Two years earlier, it had been listed at $2,395,000.
And though it wasn't necessary, it got a full renovation. A new kitchen, new floors...basically not just a simple paint job.
But even though a lot of money was put into it, for what it was, I thought the price was a little high. I thought it was more of a $2,995,000 house.
It never sold and was relisted on April 30....
For $3,075,000.
It didn't sell at at some point (it might have been the next day), the price was dropped to $2,895,000.
It still sat for 3 months but has finally sold...
For $2,670,000.
REALLY!?! Only $275,000 more than the last price....BEFORE the new kitchen and floors?
Was the mudroom/garage layout THAT messed up?
It's too bad this was so high to begin with because it could have gotten more.
Seriously, look at this backyard space!
That's a LOT of property.
