mishMASH Monday - PRICE DROP
The property and the views of this 5 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms waterfront house on 2 acres of land at 380 Moses Point Road just northwest of Sidney on Vancouver Island are pretty amazing.
But not amazing enough to sell for the high asking price.
This house was listed at $3,995,000 when I posted it in March.
I am not really into the style of the furniture and some of the bathrooms but you have to admit this place is pretty great.
Wonder if the new price of $3,599,000 will help the sale.
Looks like the Fruit of the Loom guys are still in the listing...
