So, my google alert is on for when this house is relisted in the spring!

This house was sold as 'land value only'.

It sits on a 25 x 108 foot lot and was listed at $299,000.

It sold for $350,000.

My guess is $1,350,000 when it is done.

WAIT!  I take that back.  This location sucks.
