The photos for this 3+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 25 x 126 foot lot (located right beside the listing of 61 and 63 Madison Avenue) are terrible.

But it doesn't matter because this house is a clone...

Of the house at 196 Grace Street in Bickford Park that took 4 price drops and almost a year to sell, and the house at 138 Simpson Avenue in Cabbagetown that has just had a price drop (click the links to check them out).

Unfortunately, this house will probably suffer the same fate because this house has been gutted and replaced with an interior that I just...don't....get.

A claw foot tub from Home Depot?  What about this instead...

Or maybe that is the only original feature they kept (other than the fireplace). And isn't it supposed to be the other way around?

Okay.  It wasn't THAT drastic but it was close.

This place might have been totally run down but I don't get this interior AT ALL.

This house is listed at $2,390,000.

It's going to be a hard sell.
