The one that was the third of a trend of Red houses (like the Grey houses) that had look-a-likes at 71 Balmoral Avenue at Yonge and St. Clair...

And at 243 Rose Park Drive in Moore Park...

The one that was listed over a  million dollars what its Moore Park counterpart sold for?

The house at Rose Park was 4,200 square feet and 

sold in the winter of 2012 for $3,150,000.

The house at Balmoral is 5,235 and is still listed at $3,695,000 after a drop from $3,995,000.

This house was 7,101 square feet on a bigger lot and was listed at $4,395,000.

Though it was my favourite of the 3 red houses, and it is in a great family friendly location, I thought it was high.

I thought it would sell closer to $3,725,000.

It just sold...

For $4,250,000.

Guess having just one oven wasn't an issue!
