I liked this house.

Though the location isn't ideal being on a section of street that is basically all garages, except for this house and the neighbour, and the fact that it is located right beside an EMS station...

But it is a really good 3+2 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex property on a 16.33 x 109 foot lot in a soon to be really hot neighbourhood.

It was listed at $1,149,000.

I thought it could sell for $1,189,000, maybe even $1,235,000.

Well, here is one that I overestimated!

It sold...
