PRICE DROP - 25 Av. Forden - MONTREAL

I first posted this house at 25 Av. Forden in Westmount in February.

It is 5+1 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (though I think there is also a powder room).

The asking price was $8,270,000.

That's right.

$8.3 Million dollars and only 3 bathrooms!!!!

So.....it's had a price drop.

To $7,800,000.

For that price, it still needs another washroom.
