PRICE DROP - 443 Oriole Parkway - CHAPLIN ESTATES
I first posted this 6+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 50 x 148.5 foot lot in June.
It had just had a price drop to $3,175,000 from the initial liste of $3,350,000 just a few weeks earlier.
It's a big house, it has lots of rooms, it's done top to bottom, but there are some quirks.
I don't understand the stair placement AT ALL and I feel like that kitchen island should be bigger. Plus, I think I would like it a lot more if it was the same colour as the cabinets in the panty/bar area. And what is with all the built in desks? That really limits furniture placement.
This house has been done top to bottom and it is large but I still thought the price was too high.
I thought perhaps high 2s.
The price has just been dropped...
To $2,995,000.
I'm thinking more $2,895,000.
