That house is completely gutted with a great backyard and a garage. And though it looks like a semi, a reader (thanks M!) mentioned that is in fact a detached house. Just REALLY close to its neighbour.
It was listed at $1,249,000.

The only thing that has changed is the furniture, a little bit of paint, and some fancier lights. It's a good house and a good reno.
It was listed last week at $1,069,000.
It sold the next day for $1,105,000.
So, does this change the outlook for Crawford? It depends on what you are looking for. They are different houses. This house has more character. Crawford is a little more family friendly. Is it still going to go around or just under its listing of $1,249,000?
