11 Brookfield Street - BEACONSFIELD VILLAGE
A little over a year ago, I posted a house at 7 Brookfield Street. It's the house in the far right of the photo above.
It was a 3 bedroom house that looked a little tired. It was listed at $689,000 which I thought would be a hard sell.
Turns out, itt was and the price was dropped at least 2 more times. I thought it was a $629,000 house. The last price drop I posted was down to $599,000.
I am not sure what it sold for but it doesn't really matter.
This house just shows a LOT better.
It is bigger. It's brighter. Though it is still really close to Queen, it isn't right beside the alley.
And if this is staged, it was done REALLY well.
This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 16.67 x 125 foot lot with a garage.
The kitchen is a little tired and the floors throughout are as old, if not older, than the stair railing.
But this is a great move in ready house.
It is listed at $629,900.
Unlike the neighbour that I thought would sell for $629,000 at the MOST, I think this will sell way higher.
If the 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom row house at 24 Afton Avenue can sell for $761,000....
Or the house at 64 Palmerston Avenue can sell for $825,000 (I am still a little baffled by that one)...
This house could sell for $729,000....maybe even $745,000.
