I'm confused by this house.

It is beautiful and well taken care of.  I just can't figure out who lives here!

I am getting a 65 year old woman from some of the more traditional furniture...

 The old tv in the kitchen...

All the cake stands...

And the matching Passat out front!!!!

(Or that is just a coincidence)

But then there are the 'hipster' boots (that was for all of you hipster haters!)...

And the 2 kid's bedrooms!!

Who lives here?  I don't get it.

Regardless, this is a great house.   Though the kitchen is old, it works.  The bathrooms aren't my style but they suit the current style of the house.   But if you are REALLY not into them, it's nothing an IKEA Godmorgan sink couldn't fix.

Or a change of paint and new furniture.

But leave these chairs....

I love those chairs.

It is listed at $1,099,000.

This will sell fast.

And probably closer to $1,189,000....maybe even up to $1.2.

Regardless of the kitchen.
