AND IT WENT FOR - 32 Palmerston Gardens - SEATON VILLAGE

Last Thursday, I posted this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on an 18.83 x 71.50 foot lot at 32 Palmerston Gardens in Seaton Village.

It's a great looking house that shows really well with a new kitchen and finished bathrooms.

Only problem was the laundry room took up half the basement (but there was a separate entrance to the back) and there was no parking.

Actually this house from the outside reminds me a lot of the house from my last post at 821 Shaw Street.  It had a bigger yard and a 2 car garage, but it didn't have a third floor.  It sold for $920,000.

This house was listed at $995,000, or $119,000 more than the selling price of the similar sized house across the street at 41 Palmerston Gardens.

That house sold for $876,000.

According to a reader (thanks J), this house just sold...

For $1,110,000!!!!

Or $234,000 more than the house across the street.
