AND IT WENT FOR - 34 Beechwood Avenue - YORK MILLS

I first posted this 4+1 bedroom, 7 bathoom house on a 50 x 145 foot lot at 34 Beechwood Avenue just south of York Mills at the end of September.

I am not in love with the outside (but it is still great looking).  And for the asking price, it really doesn't look very big, but as they say, looks can be deceiving.

This house is actually quite big on the inside!

There isn't a lot of colour in the decor besides the odd book, pillow, or the odd Paul Beliveau painting,  but I like it.

This house was listed at $2,880,000. 

Even though it is close to York Mills and on a corner lot, I actually thought this house could go over!

I thought this house could sell for $3,100,000.

It didn't.  It sold under.

This house just sold after a month on the market...

For $2,708,000.

Of course....the '8'.
