Last week, I posted this 2+1 bedroom, 2 bath bungalow on a 26 x 101.88 foot lot at 52 De Grassi Street in Leslieville.

It was built in the 1880's but they have done a good job updating the inside with out losing the old charm.

It was listed at $599,000.

At first I thought this house could sell for $655,000.  Then I noticed the heating fuel was oil so I changed it to $629,000.

I was WAY off.

This house just sold...

For $765,500.
