AND IT WENT FOR - 57 Albertus Avenue - LYTTON PARK

When I first posted this 5+1 bedroom, 4 bathrooms house on a 40 x 86 foot lot at 57 Albertus Avenue just steps from Yonge, I thought it was a good house.

Like the bbq in the back, it was a little worn, but with a few touch ups, it could be great.  

The listing price was $1,448,500.

I thought it would sell fast and closer to $1,480,000.

It just has a lot of potential.

But then I thought, the lot is shallow, there were no photos of the master...

Maybe I was crazy and this was more of a $1,125,000 house.

Looks like I wasn't so crazy.

This house just sold...

For $1,420,000.

So...is it staying as is or getting fixed up to be a Weber?
