AND IT WENT FOR - 648 Oriole Parkway - YONGE AND EGLINTON

I first posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 29.25 x 114 foot lot at 648 Oriole Parkway at Yonge and Eglinton a little over a week ago.

It is a really charming house that needs a few touch ups at the front but is move right in.  Problem is, it is small, all of it...except for the living room which looks like it belongs in a different house.

And considering the teardown on a similar lot at 682 Oriole Parkway sold for $961,000, I thought if this too were selling as a tear down, it would go closer to $965,000.

But if someone LOVED it and it wasn't getting torn down, I thought it could sell for up to $1,025,000!

It just sold...

For $998,000.

So...not a tear down.
