PRICE DROP #2 - 13 New Street - YORKVILLE
At the end of August, I posted this 2+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom row house on a 14.42 x 89.29 foot lot.
It had been listed since June.
It's not a super wide house but it is a good house.
As I said in my first post, it reminds me of a slightly fancier version of the Summerhill semi at 107 Marlborough Avenue that was initially listed at $1,839,000 and sold after 6 price drops and almost a year for $1,369,000, except there is basically no backyard here. But there is a garage!
This house was initially listed at $1,999,000.
The price dropped in August to $1,895,000.
I thought it was still too high.
The price was just dropped again...
To $1,799,000.
I still think it is too high.
