I first posted this house at 559 Ossington Avenue a couple of weeks ago.

It is a 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom triplex on a 30 x 140 foot lot.  

For a triplex...it's fine.  

But geesh.  What is with that wall of stone veneer!?!  And the fireplaces?

This house was listed at $1,769,000.

It didn't sell and the price has been dropped...

To $1,599,000.

They want to sell.  But this might still be too high.
