PRICE DROP - mishMASH Monday

I first posted this 4+1 bedroom, 3+1 bathroom semi at 64, Av. Aberdeen in Westmount, Montreal in March 2012.

It's still for sale.

I really liked it from the style to the floors, to the cozy den, to the bathroom...and it seems to have a pretty good sized yard with a garage.

It was listed at $2,575,000 which I thought was pretty high for a semi in Montreal.

As I said, it has been on the market for almost a year and half at least and, at one point (not sure when), they dropped the price.

This semi is now listed at...

$2,295,000.

It might still be a little pricey, but it is a great house.
