What!?!

This house was listed in January.

It is a 4 bedroom  (though the new listing says 2 bedrooms) bed and breakfast on a 45 x 137 foot lot.

The asking price was $1,950,000.

Based on thefinished house at 250 Rusholme Road's sale price of $2,250,000 in May 2012, this was way too high.  This house just needs sooo much work.

This house never sold.

But in the meantime, another bed and breakfast at 224 Dovercourt Road was listed at $3,750,000.

So, did they think that though this place never sold for $1.95 and since there was another b&b listed so much higher that they should raise the price as well!?!

The new asking price for this house is $2,250,000.
