I first posted this house on a 120 x 185 foot lot in July 2012.

In 2008, it was listed for $2,998,000.

When I posted it, the asking price was $3,198,000.

Even though it has this view overlooking the Humber River...

It was still just a 3+1 bedroom house.

I thought the price was too high and by the summer of the following year, it still hadn't sold.

In June 2013, I posted a price drop to $2,799,000.

It never sold and the house has been listed again....

For $2,799,000.

Beautiful view and great curb appeal, but this house needs another drop.
