This is a 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 36.42 x 127.2 foot lot.

It's really large, on a huge lot, still has beautiful original features like the bannister...

Only problem is, the first time I saw the image above, this is the image that came to mind...

(Be happy if you don't know what movie I am referring to!)

There is also the issue with the apartment building in the backyard, the fact that it is only 2 doors away from Spadina, and there is 0 parking for a large house.

If the professor feel of the house isn't your thing, it can go without losing the original aspects of the house.  It will just take a LOT of money.

This house was listed at $1,649,000.

That is $24,000 more than I thought made sense for the semis that just sold at 61 and 63 Madison Avenue.

So, though I didn't get a chance to post it, I did think it would sell for more than asking, even with the apartment building and no parking.

This house just sold...

For $1,800,000.

And even though that bannister reminds me of Damien Thorn, don't get rid of them!  

It was just the angle!!!
