This house was on the market for 8 days.

The photo above is the street view because it shows the house a lot better....

But it doesn't include the tarp on the roof. 

Guess that is a new problem since the streetview picture was taken.

The house was listed as 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

The listing stated...

So, yeah.  It's a tear down that sits on a 25 x 187.27 foot lot and it was listed at $849,000.

It's no surprise this one sold fast and over asking.

This tear down just sold...

For $961,000.

My guess is that, in a year, this house is going to look a LOT like this house across the street...
