$849,900!?!?!?!

This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 7.75 x 125 foot lot.

It is basically the same house as the semi at 445 Delaware Avenue that was initially listed for $430,000 in April 2012.  That price was a little ridiculous but it was clear they were looking for a bidding war.  But it didn't sell after the first open house (even though they got 9 bids!) so they increased the price to $730,000.

Considering that house needed a lot of work, I thought that was way too high.

It sold for for $601,100.

This house is clearly NOT looking for a bidding war because there is no WAY they are getting one at this price.  And at this price, with the state of the house....

(Yes I could be wrong, but that looks like a water stain....)

There is no way they are going to get anywhere near asking either!

This needs a good $200,000 price drop.
