Well, considering that this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 23.75 x 133.45 foot lot in Playter Estates was listed in April 2012 for $459,000 (not sure of the sale price)....

Then, yeah, it's priced for a bidding war.

The school district might not be amazing but this is a completely move in ready house.

It's a little rough around the edges, but there have been some updates since the 2012 listing.  Here are those photos...

Clearly a little bit of work has been done but not like a flip.  The kitchen is the same but has new appliances, there are no before pictures of the bathroom but that looks new, the deck is new, and they have added a fence.

If a similarly sized semi that needed work at 192 Fulton Avenue could sell for $591,000, and if the semi at 986A Logan Avenue that might have had a finished basement but was a mess could sell for $615,000....

Even if this house isn't in the Jackman school district and the street is fairly busy..

I don't see why this place couldn't sell for at least $585,000.
