In October 2012, I posted this 4+2 bedroom, 6 bathroom house at 4 Paulson Avenue on a 100 x 223 foot lot.
It was quite dated but there was something about it. It was either the stairs that reminded me of the Toronto Reference Library...
Or it was the basement kitchen...
Or it was the wall in this room...
But there was just something about it.
It was listed at $1,995,000.
I thought, because it was so dated, that it was probably more of a $1,700,000 house.
It never sold and was relisted in September 2013 for $1,995,000.
It just sold...
For $#,###,###.
Not bad!
