AND IT WENT FOR - 46 Bloomfield Avenue - GREENWOOD-COXWELL

Last week, I posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 20.83 x 120 foot lot at 46 Bloomfield Avenue in the Greenwood-Coxwell.

I really liked it.  I like that they kept some walls, I liked the floors, I like the kitchen and the bathrooms.

Considering that a house down the street at 56 Bloomfield sold for $826,000, I thought this could sell for $875,000.

It was listed at $749,900.

But I didn't realize it had a price drop already from $769,000.

I don't get it?  This is a great house!

Well, it didn't sell for $875,000.

This house just sold...

For $755,000.

Considering what 56 Bloomfield sold for, I would say these people got a deal...

Even if it doesn't have parking!

What is the story with that basement staircase railing though!?!
