This house at 237 Av. Querbes in Outremont in Montréal is located one street over from the 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom walk-up apartment at 133 Av. De L'Épée that was listed for $588,000 in August 2012.
This house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 30 x 89 foot lot. It is not a walk-up, it has one parking spot, the yard looks like a good size, and there is a finished basement. The style won't be for everyone but I like the walls and the windows, I am good with the bathrooms, and the kitchen is definitely interesting.
But the house isn't big.
A couple of weeks ago, I was out with some friends from Montréal. I asked them if they could choose anywhere to live in Montréal, where would it be. The answer was Outremont. Only problem is that it is really expensive.
And this semi is a good example of that!
For a semi of this size, it is really expensive!
