PRICE DROP - 20 Sandringham Drive - ARMOUR HEIGHTS
I first posted this 7 bedroom, 7 bathroom house on a 144 x 385 foot lot at 20 Sandringham Drive in August 2012, but this house had been listed since November 2011.
If a medieval tudor, English style manor is your thing, this is a pretty good option. As I mentioned in my first post, it's a cross between the house at 15 Oakley Place and the kind of spooky house at 9 Strathearn.
It's just that the kitchen and bathrooms make it seem a little flippy.
The asking price in 2011 was $4,750,000. For some reason, even though it didn't sell, they raised the price in May 2012 to $4,880,000. Guess they wanted to get those '8's in there!
But it didn't sell and, in August, they split the lot. Here is the listing...
They were selling an 86 x 351 foot lot for $2,195,000.
And apparently it sold for $1,975,000.
So............why is this house at 20 Sandringham back on the market again...with the original sized lot of 144 x 385!?!
I am soooo confused.
But at least they have dropped the price!
This house is now listed for $4,600,080.
And..........it still has an '8'.
