PRICE DROP - 215 Vesta Drive - FOREST HILL
I first posted this 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 50 x 110 foot lot at 215 Vesta Drive in June.
It's not the typical house I would be into with all the dark wood, but in this house, I really like it.
There is just something about this house. I even liked the chocolate dipped Dairy Queen finials...
Though it isn't HUGE, this house is done really well.
But it was just priced a little high.
The asking price was $3,249,00.
Because of the fact that it was a corner lot and the bedrooms weren't huge, I thought it was overpriced and would be more of a $2,695,000 house. Maybe $$2,795,000.
The new price is....
$2,998,000.
