Last January, I posted this 2+1 bedorom, 1 bathroom semi on a 15 x 129 foot lot.

It was move in ready, the kitchen was new, the bedrooms and the bathroom was a good size, and though there were some quirks, I really liked it.

But I thought it was a little overpriced.  The asking price was $679,000. 

I thought it was more of a $639,000 house.  Maybe $629,000 if the laudry was in the basement with access only from the outside.

But for some reason, 3 days after I posted it, instead of lowering the price, they raised it!

To $710,000.

Well, looks like it never sold because it is on the market again with the same furniture.

And it's back to the first listing price.

$679,000.

Or if you go by the agent's website...

It's actually only $499,900!

They might want to update that.
