Last week, I posted this 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom detached house on a 25 x 74 foot lot at 201 Christie Street in Seaton Village.

It actually looks like this...

So, not quite as wide as the listing photo makes it look, but still a good house with a lot of potential.

I stated that it was listed at $599,000, but in actual fact, it was listed at $549,900 (unless they dropped the price and I just can't find it).

Regardless, I thought this house was selling over asking.

Even with the location on a busy street, right in front of a bus stop, and no parking...

I thought this house would sell closer to $675,000.

It just sold...

For $###,###.
