Apparenty, after it sold in 2011, not much about the house changed except a rooftop deck was added, work was done on the patio and a 'plunge pool' built.

Yeah, that first asking price in May 2012 of $4,200,000 was kind of ridiculous.
I thought $2,800,000 maybe.
As you can see above, the asking price was all over the place but the last asking price was $3,150,000....
And this is the picture that is now on the agent's website...
So, they decided to share after all!
Problem is....I don't have the price. They have not reported yet.
As soon as they do, I will let you know.
In the meantime, any bets?
I'm sticking with $2,800,000.
