It was built by Binod Singh, who apparently made a ton of money by selling Sun Holidays.

But basically, the highest price was $16,000,000.

They got an offer for $13,000,000 in 2009 but turned it down.

At one point the price went down to $10,800,000, then back up to $12,900,000, then up again to $13,980,000.

It has finally sold....

For $##,###,###.

Or $1,700,000 less than the offer in 2009.
