Several months ago, a reader sent in this house.

It was a 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 26 x 91 foot lot that used to look like this...

 It was listed at $1,499,000.  Here are some of the pictures of the interior from the blogTO House of the Week post on the house in July...

But it HAD been listed at $1,650,000 in June.

If memory serves me right, it sold at some point for what I am pretty sure was around $1,450,000. 

I was shocked.  (Or maybe I am going crazy and none of this ever happened!)

But whatever DID happen here, this house has been back on the market since the beginning of November....

For $1,449,000.

For a 3 bedroom....with basicaly no backyard....
