I first posted this house in August 2012.
It's a 2+2 bedroom, 4 bathroom duplex on a 25 x 127 foot lot.
It was listed at $2,895,000.
I thought it would be a tough sell.
It was and the price was dropped in October 2012 to $2,749,000.
It's on the market again...
For $2,499,000.
