This is a 5 bedroom, 2 bathrrom house on a 22.5 x 100 foot lot at 9 Browning Avenue in Playter Estates.
It's a good looking house. The windows look newish, the roof looks like it is in good shape (at least better than the neighbour's) and it has a south facing backyard.
Inside, it has seen better days.
And that first floor feels kind of tight but I suppose, for a fair amount of money, the back could get squared off to incorporate an eat-in kitchen with a small family room.
But then there would be no parking.
This house was listed at $989,000.
It sold after a week...

It's nice that it's detached, but it needs a lot of work, it is close to Broadview, there isn't a lot of backyard...
And though it isn't really comparable, for that price, I think I would be more inclined to buy the done semi at 140 Fulton Avenue that was listed forever and finally sold in March for $945,000.
But this place could be great when it is done. Just not sure it could be $1,500,000 great.
