AND IT WENT FOR - 430 Sackville Street - CABBAGETOWN

When I posted this house at the beginning of December, not everyone like it.  But I did.

I like the front door, the living room and dining room (though I wasn't a fan of the furniture), and the kitchen with different hardware.

It was down the street from the house at 422 Sackville Street that sold for $920,000 in June (even though I thought it would sell for up to $1,024,422).

So....a listing price of $1,395,000!?!?!?

How is this house worth $475,000 more than the same sized, and arguably better, house down the street!?!  

I thought this was more of a $1,225,000 house.

A week ago, the price was dropped to $1,289,000.

It just sold...

For $1,289,000.
