This listing is for a one floor 3+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom house.
It has recenty undergone a complete reno (on the first floor at least!). In the streetview photo of the house from August 2011 above, there is only one hydro metre so I am not sure if this was a single family home before and it has been converted, or if they just renovated the first floor.
But regardless, they did a good job.
I just have no idea how they fit 3 bedrooms AND an office PLUS 2 bathrooms all on only one floor!
Does that seems possible to you? I need a floor plan.
And considering that this WHOLE 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house at 144 Howland Avenue was listed at $5,900/month...
Perhaps $4,200/month for only one floor might be a little steep.
