But my guess is that it won't be a duplex for long.
It is down the street from the semis at 75 Bertmount and 77 Bertmount that sold for $865,000 and $850,000 respectively.
Though this house could use a LOT of work, it is larger than those houses with a third floor.
It was listed at $619,000.
It sold with a bully offer for $660,000.
Do you think it could have sold for more if they had taken offers on offer night?
Well, if you consider that the other Bermount houses sold in the mid 8s....
And that the semi at 112 Ivy Avenue that was done top to bottom sold for $912,000 in not as good a location...
And that this place could be that house all in for under $900,000....
Yes, I think it could have gone for more.
Still, not a bad price for the seller but a great buy for the buyer.
