Yesterday, I posted a house at 592 Manning Avenue in the Palmerston area.
It was a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom gutter.
It was listed at $649,990.
It sold with 30 offers(!!!) for $908,000.
As one reader put it, 30 is the new 10.
This house is listed at $649,900 (so $90 less).
It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 13.83 x 120 foot lot and it is a mess.
Literally....a mess.
I have no idea what that floor is either. Or the net!?!
This house is NOT getting 30 offers.
Not even 10.
