This is low.
Other than not having a fancy stove or updated faucets, there isn't a lot that this house doesn't have that the house at 48 Highview Crescent in Regal Heights that just sold for $1,422,000 had (does that make sense?).
Well, except for another bedroom and bathroom.
But this house potential for a good addition.
This is a good buy but I don't think it will go for ask.
I don't think it will go as high as the Regal Heights house, because for some reason, there are still deals in this neighbourhood.
But $1,375,000?
