Last week, I posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom row house on a 13.46 x 117.33 foot lot at 22 Fisher Street in Brockton Village.
I thought it was a good opportunity to get in the neighbourhood and that it would probably be this guy...
Or this guy...
That would buy it.
I just realized, they look like the same guy...in different clothes.
The house was listed at $499,900.
I thought it could sell for $515,000.
It sold...
For $565,000.
