PRICE DROP - 192 Major Street - HARBORD VILLAGE
On February 11, I posted a gutter at 592 Manning Avenue in the Palmerston area that sold with 30 offers for $908,000 after being listed for $649,990.
The next day, I posted this house at 192 Major Street in Harbord Village.
It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 13.83 x 120 foot lot.
And ummm....is the roof supposed to look like that!?! Or is it sagging from the weight of the snow.
Regardless of the roof, there was no way this house was sell for the asking price of $649,900, let alone having 30 offers!!!
Looks like it didn't get any.
This house has had a price drop.
The new price is...
$599,900.
Now that the gutter at 455 Manning Avenue has sold for $1,035,000, will this price drop help?
I don't think so. This house will see another price drop.
Perhaps to $549,900.
