PRICE DROP - 29 Maple Avenue - ROSEDALE

This house has been listed since June.

It is a beautiful, large South Rosedale house that was made into a duplex (like many other houses on the street).

It is a 2 unit, 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 55 x 195 foot lot with each unit being appoximately 3,500 square feet!

It was listed at $3,495,000.

At that price, to convert it to a single family home wouldn't make sense because the yard isn't big enough for a $6.5 million price tag.  And for a duplex, the price was too high.

I thought that if they were patient, they might find a buyer for $3.2.

Looks like the haven't.

The price for this house was just dropped....

To $2,995,000.

And looks like the now have a tenant!  Or that is just really detailed staging...
