Just yesterday, I mentioned this house at 355 Blythwood Road in Lawrence Park when I posted the house at 72 St. Leonard's Crescent.

It was a new build with a similar-ish style to this house, but it was staged MUCH better.

It was a bigger house than this, on a quieter street, but with a lot that didn't compare.  It sold for $4,075,000.

This house was first listed in June for $3,295,000.

In July, they dropped the price to $3,195,000.  When I posted it in September, I liked it but thought it was more of a $3,050,000 house.

It didn't sell and the price was dropped to $3,049,000 a couple of weeks later.

It still didn't sell and the price was dropped again in October to $2,995,000.

There still has been no sale and as of yesterday the new price is....

$2,895,000.

If it doesn't sell this time around, maybe they should hire the stager from St. Leonard's.  That might help.
