I am not sure when the camera was purchased for the listing shot of this 6+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom duplex on a 50 x 150.83 foot lot at 559 Spadina Road in Forest Hill...

But this is the streetview picture...

So...I think it's time to get a new camera.

And a new listing price.

This house was listed three years ago for $1,650,000 until it was dropped 2 times and finally listed at $1,525,000.

I am not sure if any work was done (other than that terrible front lawn), but it was back on the market last January for $1,850,000.

It's on the market again...
