SOLD - 2 Hambly Avenue - BEACHES
When I think of the Beaches, this style of house is what I think of.
I love it.
I am not sure what is happeneing with the plywood on either side of the garage, but considering that this house looked like this just a year and half ago...
It looks amazing.
The interior pictures aren't great but you get the idea about the house.
It is a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 40 x 125 foot lot and it is steps to Queen Street.
It doesn't seem huge, but it is a good house and it is move right in.
The backyard is large, there is a pool (above ground), it has a garage and parking for 2 cars, there is a good sized bright basement with a fireplace....
This house kind of has it all!
The only problem is that is on a laneway.
It was listed at $1,400,000.
At that price, for this house, I could overlook the lane.
It sold....
The same day as list...
For $1,400,000.
Unless there are some serious issues with this house that I am unaware of, or unless I am missing something altogether (let me know if I am!)...
I think the new owners of this house should be ecstatic!!!!
Because I think this could have gone for $1,650,000 if it had gone to offer night.
